We believe that the only way you can evaluate a CAD system properly is by using it. So to give you the hands-on experience you need, we offer Drawing Express on a free Three Month Trial.
The only condition is that at least one person from your practice undertakes a three day training course on the system at our office/training centre in Burton upon Trent. This can be arranged for weekdays or over a weekend, just as you prefer. The basic training course will cover enough of the system to enable the user to produce any type of drawing.
During your training we will install the complete system on your computer and get everything prepared for you to take away and get straight onto the system. If it is not possible to bring your computer we will arrange to visit your premises to install the system there as soon as possible. The system is lent to the user 'free of charge' for the entire three-month trial, including the tablet, pen and security dongle, (the software license).
During your trial you will experience our unmatched level of support. We will visit you regularly in person to continue your training and develop your skills. Learning how to apply what you have learnt to your particular line of work is usually one of the hardest parts of adapting to a new system and we will aid you through this learning phase. The on-site visits are tailored to the user and can cover anything necessary to help you get up to speed and improving your productivity.
If required we can also create custom title blocks to use on your drawings.

Telephone and email support is included in the trial to give you the complete support experience we offer to customers. This enables the user to have instant access to support technician's who not only know the system and computer inside out, but also know how to draw and understand architecture.
The phone lines are open from 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, however we also have out of hours number's in case any further support is needed.
