Our software package therefore includes a year of unlimited telephone support, and on-site visits as necessary. All hardware supplied is maintained on a swap-out basis.

Maintenance Agreement

Our maintenance agreements apply to all software we offer. This is an annual agreement that can be paid in instalments.

There are several types of maintenance that we offer:
